.@RepBonnie @RepJayapal @RepSchneider have to sue the @HouseGOP who recklessly exposed them to COVID for assault. And, since there was an organized effort to ignore safety rules, civil conspiracy.

...assault requires "unlawful touching" which inflicts damage on others; thugs who assault without traditional "touching" have argued no assault occurred. My case changed that. Now, *projection of a microscopic object* is unlawful touching...

...i believe that the refusal of @HouseGOP to wear masks is a conspiracy to engage in criminally and civilly reckless behavior for the purpose of appealing to Trump and his voters. They are risking other people for personal benefit. I believe every one of the ones in that.../8

...room can be sued by @RepBonnie @RepJayapal @RepSchneider as a group. One, two (who knows) of the @HouseGOP was infected, all of them agreed in tandem to risk other people. And if any of the democrats die, the GOPrs in that room should be charged with conspiracy to commit.../9

...manslaughter and voluntary manslaughter. (Maybe even felony murder, if conspiracy to commit can be deemed a separate crime.)

So, @RepBonnie @RepJayapal @RepSchneider,Im so sorry you are sick. But you have the power to make the GOP grow up. Sue the bastards for assault.
