Extremely depressed reading about the influencer who raised funds to adopt a son, made this her “brand,” discovered he has special needs, secretly rehomed him, blocked ppl asking about him (after her followers helped fund the adoption) & put out a video making herself the victim
To be clear she pretended he didn’t exist for MONTHS and deleted comments from concerned followers. Finally JUST addressed it today bc people were tagging her sponsors asking why they’re paying someone who, like... gave up their child after gleefully profiting off him for years
Honestly this is a really sad rabbithole to fall into, I don’t recommend it. But.. yeah... don’t support Myka Stauffer.

Let’s start from the beginning: ~2 weeks ago (3/15) Arielle posted about feeling sick (full disclosure - anyone who follows her knows she’s a hypochondriac) so of course, all of us immediately knew where this was going.
Right away she “called up a doctor friend” to get flu & COVID tests in her car—literally the nurse came outside so Arielle wouldn’t have to walk in—and Arielle filmed it all for IG while plugging the doctor and his office. (Then she went silent for extra drama awaiting results.)
