1. There's a video of Pence chairing a meeting of security heads preparing for the inauguration. Chris Wray gave a calm, detailed description of the threat that he admits FBI is not clear whether all threats are actionable, but he seems to be well aware of the players.

2. This may be bumpy, but IMO it will identify a large percentage of the armed white-supremacist group members in the US and lawfully obtained electronic evidence that can support thousands of convictions. Wray's demeanor does not portray someone who is in over his head.

1. Federal law contemplates charging members of Congress with Title 18 Chapter 115 disloyalty crimes and the Hiss Act provides for terminating Congressional pensions & benefits. IMO level of support for Trump will be inversely proportionate to the length of service. Just watch.

What have courts defined to constitute "aid and comfort?" The crime is also part of the treason statute and is addressed in cases of people charged with treason. Words alone can constitute aid and comfort.
