If you’re going to stay informed, squeeze the most value out of the information you’re getting by asking how to make it all positively work for you and everyone else...
No use absorbing as much news as you can if you A) don’t treat it as a potential call to positive action B) are unconsciously using it to feed your addiction to ‘negative‘ content

After and while reading any news, consider A) What are all the positive action steps I can take to make things better for myself and others? B) What is my mental-emotional state and do I feel completely centered? C) How do I consistently stay centered no matter what happens?
D) If there are potential negative consequences coming up in the future, have I taken steps to prevent or minimize their effect? E) Have I taken all steps possible to control what I can and completely accept what is outside of my control?
