Psychopathic is maybe too strong. But they are extremely controlling, definitely unemotional, a little callous or at least totally inconsiderate of the client. They waste your time, you get through the system finally to get no human and a message to check the web site or chat bot

The most long and drawn out and pointless had about 4*6 menu options and an automated message to go to the website at the end. Oh and if you ever get the person option there is never a person there. Its always call back, try another time. Any manner of excuses
