"If you're looking for historical guidance," says Graham, referring to Hawley and Cruz's invocation of the 1876 electoral commission that decided the Tilden-Hayes fiasco, "this is not the one to pick." Laughter in the chamber.
"All I can say is count me out," says Graham, before listing off all of Trump's losses in court over the election.

In Georgia, "they say there's 60,000 people under the age of 18 voted. How many people believe that?" asks Graham, as Sen. Loeffler looks on in the background.
