The Inventory of Homes For Sale in the #Albuquerque area is the big story this week. "Historically Low Level" is not an understatement, and on top of that, last week we had 92 Single Family homes come on the market and had 195 come off, not what I wanted to see.
We have so many buyers waiting for their next home to be available.
Side note... Someone made a comment on our business page about a potential Housing Bubble. For that to happen, we would need 1,000s of homes coming on the market in a very short period of time, and thats not likely to happen,
even with the Forbearance/Delenquicy overhang (but that's a longer discussion). The point is we currently have just under 1,000 homes for sale in the Albuquerque Area and in a "Normal or Balanced" market we would need to have 5,000 or more.
This is the full data on the current "Active" Homes for Sale. Price trends, Inventory, and more. This data includes the entire Albuquerque MSA. altos.re/r/e3043dcd-1ec…
