Damn right at the end of the video you can see his mouth & he does some involuntary mouth movements. I've seen speed destroy people I knew & know what it does to people physically & can spot people on it. I know there are meds that can do the same thing though. Stress can enhance

yeah this is all weird AF. Has all the characteristics of someone HIGHLY AGITATED to the point that it's coming out as "psychomotor agitation" & maybe even enhanced by medication illicit or other. But that was NOT his normal behavior. How bad was he sweating? Anyone have closeup?
