The judge has tossed out Erik Prince’s Wyoming-based defamation lawsuit against the Intercept and the reporters for lack of jurisdiction.

The article in question. Wagner sources have indicated that Prince met with them at least three times as he allegedly pitched services in Libya and Mozambique. They were related to Bluebird, Energia Raptor and aircraft like IL-76 and his Thrushes. theintercept.com/2020/04/13/eri…
Discovery and a counter suit would have revealed some very interesting “things”. Expect Erik to be in the news soon.
