1. THREAD: If @PPFA and their business partners escape Justice under the law for the human trafficking of aborted infants and their body parts, it will be the greatest travesty of the rule of law failing to protect the vulnerable since the imposition of abortion itself.
2. My undercover videos with @CtrMedProgress brought the sickening and barbaric trade in aborted baby body parts, and the human injustices enabled by legal state-sponsored abortion, to the forefront of the nation's consciousness in a way bigger and more obvious than ever before.
3. For almost 30 years, our country's leaders and officials universally acknowledged that selling human body parts, including aborted fetal organs and tissues, is an unspeakable crime, because it turns a human being, who ought never to be marketed, into a commodity. 💔✌🏾⚖️
4. The law at 42 U.S. Code 289g-2 is written broadly and severely, forbidding any valuable consideration associated with aborted baby body parts.

It is not the amount of the sale or the margin of the profit that is criminal—it is the Quid Pro Quo over a mother and her child.
5. Such a rule is uncontroversial with other contraband "items" like controlled substances or endangered animal body parts.

Yet when it is our brothers and sisters being parted out and purchased like products on an assembly line, somehow the urgency of Justice seems to falter.
6. During President Trump's administration, @TheJusticeDept prosecuted an eagle body parts trafficking case in South Dakota over an only ~$6,000 sale of multiple eagle body parts:

rapidcityjournal.com/news/local/cri…

🦅🏛🇺🇸
7. And the @USAO_LosAngeles indicted people on illegal drug trafficking charges for sales totaling around $15,000:

⚗️💊💸
8. BTW, in that case that DOJ charged, the numbers work out to about $94 per ounce of methamphetamines.

@PPMarMonte and @StemExpress sold fetal livers for about $390 to $3,000 or more per ounce of livers. Did anyone at @TheJusticeDept or @FBI ever care enough to do that math? 💰
9. For decades, some of the biggest @PPFA abortion clinics in the country have been selling the body parts of aborted infants, and sometimes selling the whole baby, to private companies and government-funded researchers for experimentation.
10. The @PPFA offices and officials may benefit either in cash, or in kind, from these transactions, but the common injustice is that a pregnant woman and her child are being bartered over as the means to somebody else's end—if the child is successfully provided through abortion.
11. The facts discovered since the video release 5 years ago not only confirm the undercover findings but establish even deeper and more widespread wrongdoing.

What we know now makes the continued failure of officials to protect the vulnerable and enforce the law inexcusable. 🤦🏽‍♂️
12. In 2010 @PPPSWHealth and @PPMarMonte were longtime suppliers of the notorious Advanced Bioscience Resources (ABR).

Then an ABR harvesting tech, Cate Dyer, thought she could do the job better, so she stole ABR's customer lists and business info and founded @StemExpress 🦹🏼‍♀️💡💰
13. Cate Dyer convinced the leadership at @PPMarMonte to drop ABR and switch to @StemExpress instead. How did she manage to do that? 🤔
14. The @PPMarMonte Research Director wrote an email to the Medical Director, Dr. Dorothy Furgerson, that ABR was only buying a small number of fetal body parts, but Cate's "business is starting to take off which is good for her and us as well."

centerformedicalprogress.org/wp-content/upl…

🦹🏻‍♂️🦹🏼‍♀️🦹🏼‍♀️💰
15. Dr. Furgerson admitted all of this UNDER OATH in her sworn videotaped deposition in @PPFA's own lawsuit.

Oh, and Dr. Furgerson is the one who endorsed the @StemExpress advertisement of "financial profits" to the clinics that supplied baby body parts:

16. So @PPMarMonte kicked ABR to the curb so @StemExpress could have expanded, exclusive access to its abortion clinics and patients—and PPMM could move a much higher volume of fetal body parts with a greater payout. Cate even added a $10 "blood" bonus payment to the orders.
17. Unsealed invoices from @PPMarMonte to @StemExpress show that PP could make 5-figure sums in just one month of body parts harvesting.

Another clinic owner once told my team she had projections of making a quarter-MILLION dollars a year selling body parts to StemExpress 💰💰💰
18. Of course @PPMarMonte would only get paid for the body parts that were actually marketable for @StemExpress to sell: per contract, "determined in the clinic to be usable".

To wit, the Quid Pro Quo, the Valuable Consideration between PPMM and StemEx, was sales-quality fetuses
19. That makes it easy to see why so many @PPFA abortion providers, like Senior Director, Medical Services Dr. Deborah Nucatola, were ready to "crush above, crush below" and "see if I can get it all intact" or use a "less crunchy technique" as Dr. Mary "Lamborghini" Gatter said.
20. It's been wisely said before that Planned Parenthood's eagerness to change the way they did their abortions to get better fetal body parts, proves that the body parts were the Quid Pro Quo the entire time:

21. Two comprehensive, nationwide Congressional investigations, one in the House Select Panel and one at @senjudiciary issued dozens of criminal and regulatory referrals for @PPFA and their business partners after over a year of investigation each:

grassley.senate.gov/news/news-rele…
22. In November 2017, @jsolomonReports reported the @FBI had begun investigating the case, after sending the Congressional referrals to FBI field offices over the summer:

thehill.com/homenews/senat…
23. In December 2017, @TheJusticeDept announced it had opened a criminal investigation:

nytimes.com/2017/12/08/us/…
24. Just days later, the southern California Orange County District Attorney announced victory in a $7.8 million settlement with the @DaVinciBio companies, who had been selling fetal body parts from @PPOSBC for years.
25. That's right, the case no one would have known to investigate if I had not taken a mockup pseudonym ID and undercover camera into a @PPFA conference in Florida and got the name "DaVinci" from a PP VP—but muh "fraud" say @PPFA because I didn't actually buy body parts from them
26. The @DaVinciBio companies ADMITTED guilt for illegally selling body parts from @PPOSBC and were shut down in the $7.8 million settlement, and the OCDA thanked @CtrMedProgress reporting for prompting the successful case:

latimes.com/local/lanow/la…

⚖️🇺🇸🏛
27. So how can it be that a Southern California DA was brave enough to successfully prosecute the first node in the aborted baby body parts network, but the @FBI and @TheJusticeDept have let these ADMITTED criminal practices continue? 🤔

The law and the evidence is clear.
28. And this thread doesn't even begin to get into the situation in Houston, TX, where the federal 5th Circuit upheld TX terminating @PPGulfCoast from Medicaid because of fetal tissue sales. Or the barbaric experiments @PittTweet where fetuses are scalped to stitch onto lab rats.
29. My sources told me two years ago that Pittsburgh was one of the major hubs of the @FBI investigation where they felt they hard the strongest fact patterns on fetus trafficking.

Who supplies the aborted fetuses for @PittTweet tissue bank? @PPWPA abortion doctors. 💔🔁🏛🔁💰
30. The human trafficking of aborted infants is the atrocity of our times. The more we learn about it, the more damning and incriminating the facts become.

At @PPFA request @KamalaHarris raided my home in order to seize the video evidence and silence any discussion on the topic.
31. Did @TheJusticeDept @FBI decide to let @KamalaHarris get away with it?

I certainly will not, and @CtrMedProgress will continue to report on these issues.

@realDonaldTrump @Mike_Pence @jeffsessions Bill Barr
and others with authority to act will have to speak for themselves.
32. The Philadelphia Grand Jury that indicted Dr. Kermit Gosnell, after authorities had let him kill and maim women and infants for nearly two decades, had this to say to try to explain how such criminal injustices were permitted to continue for so long:

cdn.cnsnews.com/documents/Gosn…
33. "Bureaucratic inertia is not exactly news. We understand that. But we think this was something more."
34. "We think the reason no one acted is because the women in question were poor and of color, because the victims were infants without identities, and because the subject was the political football of abortion."

💔✌🏾⚖️
