I think this is what I find craziest. I'm at home, in PJs, enjoying my day off, making chicken, watching the Tiger documentary, and there are people out there like.. willingly planning to throw their lives away to go show up in DC with guns and ammo and vests, for what?
For Donald Trump? Like, there are millions of people living normal (ish, considering the Pandemic) lives doing normal every day things, enjoying their lives or living their lives or figuring their lives out... and there's a whole group of people planning like, a government--
overthrow that they won't succeed at, who will go to jail and have records.... for what? Donald Trump? Who is gonna move to Florida and never associate with you people again? It's just such a weird concept. I'm making chicken with capers, and QAnon Karen over there is --
Googling how to make napalm in mason jars. It's just so very odd.

1/ Friendly rant re: masks. Look, you can argue about their effectiveness all you want. But if there's a chance it can help slow some shit down, is it really THAT inconvenient? I have been working in a new restaurant for a month. It's great! Great kitchen, staff, and money.
2/ We all wear masks now. We have six tables outside that normally are inside. We wear all black, it's BALLS hot in South Carolina right now, and we are constantly moving for 8 hours. I have asthma. I have had not one, NOT ONE problem with my mask, breathing, or "medical issues".
3/ Is it the most comfortable thing in the world? No. But neither is a bra, and I wear one of those to work. But on the bright side, I've cut back on makeup, which is awesome, and even better? My restaurant is still open, and the entire staff is still working and making money.

Another fun perspective -- you have to consent beforehand (usually on your license) to donate organs in the event you become brain dead. No one, not the state, not a hospital, not a child, can take/use part of your body -- even though it's dead -- without consent.
If someone is brain dead and will never recover, you still cannot take any organ from their body without that consent, even if it has the ability to save the life of a dying child. One has to agree to allowing someone to harvest and use their body for anything, even in death.
Yet in states like Alabama, Ohio and Georgia, male law makers are giving away access to women's bodies left and right without their consent, so a fetus can survive. We won't use the body parts of dead people without their consent to save a child, but will force women--
