3) Maryam back tracking and being open to discussion with Army (again on BBC interview), even the people who got fooled by revolution, understood that Maryam is wrong number
4) Work from home (woh bhi abroad wala home) revolution of Nawaz Sharif rejected
7) Maryam’s frustration after Lahore Jalsa failure where she talked about Saza / Jaza
8) Maryam’s trust in Bilawal for “Aar ya Par” resignations decision, Zardari Kafi Bhari broke their hearts, not more than PM’s playing with dogs picture during Lahore Jalsa
11) Patience of PM Imran Khan and Army Chief - this was the true masterstroke. Folks like Najam Sethi and Hamid Mir hoped for Govt’s mistakes in dealing with PDM but “Trust Khan and Keep Calm” mantra worked. At no point, PM was worried about PDM.
12) The people of Pakistan - We give very little credit to the common man who saw through the PDM agenda of “Papa Bachao and Power may Aao Muhim” ; In this campaign, their rejection of PDM played a huge role.
13) #PTIFamily - the way PDM narrative was countered and exposed on Social Media by Insafians & Pakistanis in general was praiseworthy. Even on their “D-Day - Lahore Jalsa” , they were behind the PTI hashtag all day
14) During PDM events, their journalist wing got totally exposed when they took petition to Islamabad High Court to allow Nawaz Sharif’s speeches on TV. So many big names got exposed and that dented the credibility of their narratives on TV.
To conclude, I would say that the unnatural alliance, no public interest cause, Maryam’s selfishness & arrogance, pro PDM journalists credibility dent, PTI Social Media, PM IK’s patience, & “Basha’oor” people of Pakistan contributed to PDM’s failure. #PakistanRejectsPDM

Got served the “Tabdeeli” that I volunteered for & it feels amazing. Sharing my experience on @pid_govt ‘s initiative of bringing home stranded Pakistanis. Hats off to all leading Covid-19 initiatives especially @Asad_Umar@sayedzbukhari@YusufMoeed@zfrmrza@mophrd (see thread)
First a little background - been wanting to come to Pakistan since March 20 as family was here , but couldn’t reunite due to travel bans. Was extremely depressed for the last two weeks, then heard about these limited PIA flights - booked right away & came to Islamabad via Toronto
Social distancing was practiced on PIA flight, masks were required and all staff followed safety procedures. Upon arrival, we all had to register for the Covid-19 tests.
