Honestly, this is the discussion many people have... like, most people in my community are more concerned on whether or not you act white than anything else

Yes, you have you die hard, ride or die BQ supporters and strait up colorist bigots but from my experience people are far more concerned with people acting white and/or acting too good

I’m not trying to diminish bigotry on my Rez nor absolve their prejudices as much as I’m just throwing this paradigm into the discussion. You act white, then you act white

There are vile words people throw at each other meant to hurt people, no doubt the English language gives a lot of ammo for such hateful things to say... but once someone called you ‘white man/woman’ you know they are calling you something beyond typical American bigotry...

Calling an Indian a ‘white’ for how they act is basically calling them the worse thing in our world to happen to us and it’s usually coincided with how you *act*... your actions

I can’t emphasize enough how I’m not trying to say colorism and racial purity laws are ‘not as severe’. This is just something that exists... Just adding sauce to this discussion we have.

Really, supporting BQ and being anti-black are really white things to do.
