...It's a big trial - close to the size of the Pfizer trial for Tozinameran, substantially bigger than Moderna's - & the most international one. And co-primary endpoints are for moderate to severe Covid-19, including 1 at a month - which is longer than we've seen previously...2/5

...Unlike some trials that have relatively younger populations, this will be more like Tozinameran (BNT/Pfizer) & Moderna for age. Based on their earlier phase report,🤞for less severe adverse events than some others...4/5
...And efficacy? Sputnik V reported high efficacy in younger group for combination with Ad-26 viral vector first, now testing it as single shot. Plus, J&J have an EMA-approved ebola vax on the platform. 🤞
