1/ I was recently approached by a committee of people, Bevern Capital New Investors Committee, who were fleeced of their investments by a company by the name of Bevern Capital. The company is said to be owned by Bevern Dzinoenda, Ambrose Chikukwa and Richard Samunda
2/ The company would collect USD deposits from hapless investors dating back from the year 2018 until August 2020 when they unceremoniously closed, purportedly for compliance and regulatory issues which at the time were alleged to be being resolved
3/ Since then nothing has happened and the would-be investors have lost close to USD18 million in what now, smacks of being a fraudulent scheme. @ZACConline
4/ Attempts by the investors to recover their money have hit a brick wall with the company owners and initial Chairman of the committee, Shepherd Chibaya, who now appears compromised, constantly issuing hollow promises and/or name dropping in an attempt to intimidate..
5/ and instil fear in the victims so that they do not pursue the matter.
However the investors, who have suffered great prejudice and trauma are not deterred, however all previous attempts to have this matter resolved have proved fruitless.
6/ I was extremely hurt to hear their story and angered that the relevant authorities have done nothing to solve their plight. The perpetrators are alleged to boast that they would rather be arrested and have the matter blow over than return the funds; which is preposterous!!
7/As a legislator, I’ll write and expose this matter to the relevant authorities with the plea that justice is served. I further advise any others who may not have reported their cases to the police, to immediately do so so that these criminals are brought to book @PoliceZimbabwe
8/ I was pained to hear of the extent of the loss, many of these people have suffered, the financial damage it’s caused to their persons and families is irreparable. It is a matter that cannot be allowed to prevail. Bevern Capital and its owners must be investigated @dzinoenda
9/ The use of name dropping by the owners is condemned with the contempt it deserves. It is a cowardly and unsavoury practice that has no standing
10/ Security should take stern measures against such persons in order to mitigate the prevalence of name dropping to the detriment of the innocent persons named. I implore the authorities to do so to serve as an example to others that it is a practice that does not pay

It's unfortunate the Agriculture Minister is already celebrating the alleged success of Pfumvudza which is actually a falsity. Facts on the ground are showing otherwise. The excessive rains have caused massive leeching and most of the holes were filled with water.
Pfumvudza works where there is not much water. Again, people have struggled to access AN fertiliser& are being limited in buying it; the Agritex officers on the ground have been struggling, some with no transport or fuel to facilitate the program etc.
In typical fashion the Minister's statement is a bastardisation of facts, remotely compiled from an office& is out of touch with the facts on the ground. For an example, I invite him to come to my village and see the results of Pfumvudza.
The remarks by @TafadzwaMugwadi accusing @BitiTendai of colluding with doctors in killing @zanu officials are not just mischievous but a tragic travesty against common-sense& political maturity. I know Biti& also understand the state of the country's healthcare system.
It's tragic to find a young man, whom I have previously defended in the ANC fiasco, doubling down fomenting baseless claims. These are instances where as a politician @TafadzwaMugwadi should know when to speak and when to be quiet.
Mbanje ngadziite shoma.
Any politician of repute& sense should have that intelligence to know when to speak and when not to, so as to avoid finding themselves on the wrong side of history, logic and progress.
I have no problem with the late JB Matiza, who was a hardworking Minister. However the conferring of hero status on him become a problem when one realises epic war veterans like Dumiso Dabengwa are not there. The inconsistencies are just shocking.
Is this the start of a changing criteria considering JB was never part of the struggle? He could have been made a provincial hero, yes but having overlooked other meritorious war veterans only to confer some like JB is shocking. What is the criteria now? Is there even one?
No wonder Mugabe refused to be buried there, the place has lost meaning due to politicisation. There are many war veterans, ZAPU people, not buried there but have enough credentials. Taifunga kuti zvekuHeroes zvine zera, it appears that's not the case yangove ndonga ndonga.
1/ Nguwaya, the advice I gave you on the 5th June when you 1st leaked this audio is the same I’ll give u now... it won’t work. In fact you rehashing an audio from the archives now proves to me & the country that yesterday’s exposé is true, thank you for your affirmation!
2/Is this audio all u have to attack me with? You’ll have to dig deeper in the same way I’m going to dig deeper to expose all your nefarious dealings. Don’t think I’m unaware of the dockets missing from Rotten Row on you, CG Matanga what are you doing about this? If nothing, why?
3/ As for Sly Media Productions, who I wouldn’t be surprised if they were paid to regurgitate old news, I guess your name about sums you up. I’ve often bemoaned the fact that Nguwaya pays journos to push his agenda, now it’s obvious
1/ Ah! This is a treacherous document! @ZANUPF_Official must comment. Thanks @Wamagaisa I’ve read the key points as highlighted. It’s treacherous to the people who fought for this country, the WarVets etc. Those who fought & died for this country will turn in their graves
2/ Govt must be clear, who are they trying to appease? It’s a dangerous weapon for the opposition if it’s not addressed. The wording supports a removal of people from the farms they were given, as the ruling party, @ZANUPF_Official can you elucidate?
3/I don’t understand why Govt would talk of production failure when resources are scarce. Hence the introduction of schemes like Command Agriculture. When resources were available, farmers produced more&delivered to national reserves&food security, rainfall patterns were poor too
1/Intervention& opinion of the Church&various other respected authorities is important for Govt engagement. I’d encourage @edmnangagwa to set up a meeting to hear people’s grievances through the Church leaders. We can’t constantly ignore when people are going through a tough time
2/ As a Methodist, he could allow the church to facilitate & preside over such meeting. “The voice of God is the voice of the people” & as a God fearing man. Such meeting is important
3/ Reckless Govt statements are unnecessary at this stage. People are suffering & it must be acknowledged. It’s not a political impasse, but an economic challenge that needs to be addressed. If an economic problem is left to fester it becomes political by its very nature
