❝When the people of Jannah will reunite, they will remember all the times they spoke about Jannah in this world. They’ll look back and laugh, at how short life was, and then smile, because beautiful is their final abode.
The people of paradise will have all that they desire. One step into Jannah and they will remember no pain. They will say they never suffered, they will say they never cried.

A dip in Jannah.

Oh how much we long for that moment. The moment where we reunite,
we hug our loved ones once again. We forget about all the pain, and thank Allāh for all the tests!

How strange does it seem, that these tests which weigh a ton on our chest today will one day elevate us. Elevate us so high, that we will thank Allāh.
We will thank Him for testing us, for loving us and for giving us more than anyone could imagine.

A place of eternity, vast, beautiful, peaceful.
Everything one can desire.
Be patient, oh beautiful slaves of Allāh, for our Lord is more Merciful than a mother is to her child.❞
— Imām Ibn al-Qayyim (رحمه الله) in “Al-Fawa’īd” (pg. 119).

I am trying to revisit seerah half hour a day and I wanted to share something that makes me bawl like a baby. Here is the story of Abu Bakr (رضي الله عنه | May Allah be pleased with him) and how he redefined what it means to be a true Friend 😇
I am going to present to you a scene after fath' Makkah [Conquest of Makkah]

During the conquest of Makkah at the entrance of the prophet ﷺ, thousands of people were coming to him to embrace Islam.
And amongst those thousands is Abu Bakr (رضي الله عنه | May Allah be pleased with him). He comes with his father Abu Quhafa - an old man with a white beard and white hair, imagine the old man how he’s walking slowly with a limp and he’s walking to the prophet ﷺ.

Dear Future Habibti ❤️

when i shout at you for not wearing
scarf properly it's because i'm jealous, i fear what
will happen to you the first day you laid in the grave!
When i tell you i don't like the company you are in, it's not that i want you to be lonely,
it's because none of those friends will be with you in your grave!
Oh my dear Habibti , i know i cause lots of pain to you
but it's never my wish, but the day you're in your
grave you'll understand as to why i was doing that.
Oh my dear Habibti ,
enjoy the little moment of mine
because one day you will wish to listen to me and
i'll be nowhere to be found I'll leave the world
and never come back to you, you will cry when
you see my number in your contact list,

HARDSHIPS ARE AMAZING! 🙂 Here's why!

Sometimes you go through hardships because Allah has chosen you to be a positive force in someone else's life. For you to listen to a loved one and say "Hey, I understand that, I have been through the same thing".
Change your perspective. There is a higher calling in everything that happens with us. Alhumdulillah ala kulli haal.

Today I am so extremely thankful to Allah for every single "hardship" He placed in my path.
SubhanAllah with time you understand there is so much hikmah behind every single "test" you go through. I say "test" and "hardship" because every single moment of our life is filled with Allah's rehma,

A THREAD 🧵
1. The first matter that it befits her to employ is taqwa (fear) of Allah secretly and openly, by exercising caution (wara') with regards to the sources of his food, drink, dress and earnings.
2. She is perceptive about her time and the corruptions of its people, that she may beware of them regarding her religion.

3. She concentrates on her own situation, having the aspiration to reform whatever is corrupt in her affairs, guarding her tongue and choosing her words.

Have you noticed when you meet a particular brother or sister for the first time, you get along with them instantly. You agree on most things, you feel comfortable in their presence and most importantly you talk to them as if you have known them for years.
You even express yourself in a way that would take you months or even years with other people. You don't hold back what you want to say and can express yourself freely in their presence.
After meeting them a few times you have a firm attachment to them and proudly proclaim them to be your brother or sister.

The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) described why this happens.
