To which the Taoiseach responded: 
SocDems' Catherine Murphy suggests the govt view of international travel is that it's still low-risk, if people are permitted to quarantine at homes. She and the Taoiseach agree that it is "unacceptable" to see Irish people still travelling abroad on holiday
"We *are* introducing quarantine to thie country," says the Taoiseach.
