IMO Tom is taking the wrong road at the fork when it counts and displaying lack of knowledge in precedent, history, and US Constitution.

Strange ... now Swing says she had talked to Warner on the phone but never met him. He also deeded her a separate property earlier. She turned over letter to FBI.

Contents taken from "organized" house included computer, power tools, USB, etc ... nothing of huge interest mentioned.
They have supposedly matched DNA to him from the Nashville scene and announced earlier today he is the only suspect.
