The Lagos Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development has reduced the processing time for Planning Permit from 28 days to 18 days, the lay-out approval process from 90 days to 30 days and the adoption of one stage approval for layout instead of the existing two stages.

The outer drain to collect water to the Amuwo River is been set on the mile2, which the rigid pavement work on the service lane would also commence as soon as we open the previous diversion.
