They are popular because creators know they won't be banned the second they write "Girls cannot be Boys" in their newsletter. On Twitter they will be.

Twitter's problem is their content moderators. Not the fact they were just missing newsletters & Twitter has no plans to fix the former so weeeeee this should be fun!
