EXCLUSIVE: Biden Justice Department Nominee Lisa Monaco Prosecuted Black Man Sentenced To 27 Years In Prison For Selling $20 In Drugs dailycaller.com/2021/02/01/lis…
Reginald Steward’s co-defendant had charges dropped after he pleaded guilty in another case.
The co-defendant, not Steward, was who sold two dime bags of heroin to an undercover cop.
Monaco has touted her work in the Enron task force, which prosecuted executives involved in a billion-dollar fraud.
None of them received sentences as steep as Steward.
Monaco disclosed this in her responses to Senate Judiciary, though the small amount of drugs was not mentioned.
She disclosed it to Senate Intel in 2011, but wasn’t asked about it at confirmation. No media reports either.

Joesph Pientka told the Senate that he wanted to do an additional source review of Steele in November 2016. Word came down that it was tabled because Priestap was concerned about leaks.
This is one of several examples of Priestap stepping in to block info related to Steele. Others:
*Priestap told the IG that he agreed with the Brits not to disseminate derogatory info on Steele. Because of that, the FISA court was never told of concerns about Steele's judgement
Steven D'Antuono of FBI's Washington Field Office says they've opened 160 case files on Capitol riots and received 100,000 pieces of digital information through tip line.
Acting U.S. Attorney Michael Sherwin expects hundreds of criminal cases
Sherwin says of 170+ case files, they've charged over 70 cases so far.
Nuland told the Senate Intel Committee in 2018 that she was "not aware" of a meeting Chris Steele had at State Dept in Oct. 2016. But she also claimed she intentionally avoided taking part in that meeting.
Nuland said in an interview on CBS she deferred to the FBI on how to handle information from Steele that was given to State Department.
But, according to internal FBI emails, Nuland was reluctant to give FBI the information in late Sept. 2016.
NEW: Mystery Chinese Firm Approached Hunter Biden With An Offer Of Charity, And A More Lucrative Pitch
Much has been written about Biden's relationship with CEFC China Energy, but emails and interviews fill in the gaps of how they first crossed paths. dailycaller.com/2021/01/04/hun…
A consultant working on behalf of CEFC emailed Hunter in October 2015 saying the company wanted to donate to a charity Biden chaired. They *also* wanted to invest $100 million w/ an asset mgmt firm linked to Biden.
The consultant tells me that Biden and his partners had already discussed CEFC with Vuk Jeremic, a former Serbian and UN official who would later testify at the trial for Patrick Ho, the CEFC affiliate charged with bribery.
Nobody knows what Hunter did for Patrick Ho’s legal defense, especially to warrant $1 million. He’s not listed on court filings and wasn’t at Ho’s trial.
Here's Patrick Ho at an event next to former CIA director James Woolsey in 2017. Ho's think tank gave $350k to a think tank founded by Woolsey and Reagan national security adviser Robert McFarlane.
