In his testimony, former CBP Asst Commissioner for Internal Affairs James Tomsheck stated @CBP is "afflicted by an institutional narcissism" and that "BP has inevitably been used to justify excessive use of force incidents and to cover up corruption."

Former @CBP Deputy Asst Commissioner for Internal Affairs James Wong brings receipts abt #BorderPatrol who illegally used an admin subpoena to get a copy of #AnastasioHernandezRojas' autopsy report "which is improper if not a criminal use of an administrative subpoena."

Former DHS Asst Inspector Gen. Dupuy pts to a "dereliction of duty by OIG." "The video... showed victim subdued, on the ground in handcuffs when the officers claimed he was standing & combative. The video showed a man being Tased while detained.

For more than 10 yrs #AnastasioHernandezRojas' family has led the charge to hold @CBP accountable for brutal killing & now former DHS agents pt to cover up a brutal homicide, acting w malfeasance, corrupting an investigation, & acting conspiratorial against quest for true justice

During those 10 years, #AnastasioHernandezRojas' parents and other family members passed away, never arriving at a point of experiencing justice.

The expert testimonies expose misconduct pervasiveness & raises questions about all incidents where @CBP agents have used force & where there has been loss of life.
