What you see on the form is only one part of the story.

**ALL KYC data** provided to **ALL** banks in India including photographs an PoI/PoI ID copies/scans are being uploaded to a central server.

And the central server also allows banks to **DOWNLOAD** the documents uploaded by other banks.

So if some bank employee has your ID details, they can download your entire KYC including scans of your IDs.

This is a massive privacy risk.

This is also in blatant violation of the Supreme Court's Aadhaar judgement which ruled that mandatory linking of all bank accounts to a unique ID was a violation of our fundamental right to privacy.

Linking all bank accounts in the country to any kind of unique ID Aadhaar or CKYCR unique ID is a violation of our fundamental right to privacy.

This is even more dangerous since this CKYCR unique ID is being generated without any user consent.
