within family, siblings and friends. though at initial stage they deny it. But when matter is escalated and camera recording is shown to them, then only they admit. In want of easy money people fall victims to culprits like lottery etc. and staff have to bear their frustration
11. People can easily learn functions of new smart phone but to draw money from ATM take help of unknown person and get cheated and then yell at staff, as if it's all fault of staff.
