Russian naval bases are well protected: it appears that 92N6A and 96L6-1 radars are positioned on the high ground above the port.
This base looks like Severomorsk, but can't say for 100%.
1st Air Defence Division (Murmansk Oblast) -
- 531st Missile Regiment (Severomorsk-1 and 3 air base region - S-400/Pantsir-S1
- 583rd Missile Regiment (Olenya region - S-300PM/PS
- 1528th Missile Regiment (Severodvinsk - S-400
3rd Air Defence Division (2019)
- 33rd Missile Regiment (S-400 (Rogachovo air base, Novaya Zemlya, (2019)

S-400 SAM deployments reported in both 1st and 3rd Air Defence Divisions at: Alexandra Land (Nagurskoye air base), Kotelny Island, and Wrangel Island,
Correction: On this older photo, these two particular radars are most likely older 30N6 and 76N6 from S-300 PS/PM system (based on the tiny shape details and shadow on google maps. In any case, Severomorsk-1 today is AD base for 531st AD Regiment equipped with the new S-400.

One of the positive things that former Yugoslavia have done was a development of the domestic defense industry which among others included artillery, training and combat aircraft, munition and MBTs. Modern MBT was M-84.
The further improvements was designated as M-90 Vihor.

The chassis is similar to M-84/T-72, but is topped with a new chevron-shaped turret with rounded edges. It has a high p/w ratio of 27.27 hp/T; Propulsion is provided by a V46-TK1, a diesel V12 engine with 1200 hp. The main gun is is 125 mm developed from the Soviet 2A46.

The electronics are an improvement over the M-84, with a thermal imaging system, laser rangefinder, and a digital ballistics computer as standard equipment. A hunter-killer capability via the TC's periscope was claimed as well.

As per some sources, the following high ranking 🇹🇷 officers are directly involved in 🇦🇿 military operations:
• Maj Gen Bahtiyar Ersay - personally supervises the 🇦🇿General Staff .
•Maj Gen Göksel Kahya, air force Maj Gen Bahtiyar ErsayMaj Gen Göksel Kahya
How many of high ranking officers are involved is unknown at the moment (for the public). Large scale operation such as a current war is something that need meticulous planning and preparations that can last many months. Rehearsal in the form of large exercise is mandatory.
Planing combine operation involves army, air force, AD, SF, logistics (to mention few). Multiple scenarios are "played" with the teams and the final rehearsal is usually large combine forces drill such as this one:
