Well, the hot glue gun is 32C cooler when loaded. That’s disappointing. I’ll have to spend some time tearing it open to see if I can add some “encouragement”

Alright, anyone know how to get this to run another 30C hotter? This heating element seems to be self limiting, so I think I’m out of luck :(

Finally got it working. Found another gun that seems to have a 20C higher top temp that’s perfect. Now I can move on to the next steps.
