The State Govt has full ownership of @LCCTollRoad. Under Governor Ambode, The State bought LCC with all its assets and liabilities. So the loans still have to be paid off by LASG through the same @LCCTollRoad.
@LCCTollRoad ... With foreign & local lenders like @AfDB_Group, it borrowed from to develop the infrastructure. The dollar exchange rate has now gone higher than what it was when the loan was initially granted.
@LCCTollRoad provides a round the clock emergency assistance, breakdown and recovery (the only road in Nigeria that provides these services for free)- Road maintenance ( potholes, cleaning and verge clearance,) ....
