Responding to claims that UK-EU exports were 68% down, Emma Churchill of the BPDG, part of the Cabinet Office, told MPs today that GB-EU trade was at >90% of normal levels; earlier the same Cabinet Office told the RHA that it was closer to 50%! Did you see what they did there?
