Social media is one of the reasons people are glued to their screens. Constantly enabling you compare yourself to that influencer of celebrity you have never met.
It promotes low self esteem, negative self-talk and body image issues
Increased screen time typically reduces time spent doing physical activities and body movement .
A lot of risk is seen with this sedentary lifestyle. However, it can be a good tool to access virtual resources for exercise
