#FFKGetOut : We don't want you in our party, APC members warn Fani-Kayode

Those who oppose the rumoured defection of the former minister of aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode to the All Progressives Congress are trending the #FFKGetOut hashtag on Twitter.

Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello had in a viral video on Wednesday revealed that the former minister had joined the ruling party, a claim which he refuted via his verified Twitter handle, even as he admitted they had been meetings across party lines.

His tweet didn’t calm nerves as those who oppose his defection revealed their opinions. Already, presidential aide, Bashir Ahmad had for days been tweeting his opposition to the defection of FFK to the party.

On Wednesday, he tweeted, “They said he is now considering to join the POLITICAL WING OF BOKO HARAM, I do hope he’s successfully completed the required training, so he could be decorated as one of the great commanders of the wing.

And when successfully joined, he will be one of the recognized ‘murderers.’”And in a separate tweet, he warned the former minister to stay in his lane.
