2.Manipulate a civilization into believing there’s a need to create ways to battle the threat you created.
3. Manipulate the governing body into thinking you’re the only hope to bring safety and security granting unchecked powers.
4. Remove the only threat to your power (Jedi) by making the society believe they were attempting to overthrow you through insurrection making you the victim in their eyes
5. Because of this “threat” and under your leadership “peace” was finally brought about, people willingly sacrificed their liberty to be safe and happy.
6. Bring on a right hand person who can operate in the shadows outside the governing body’s watchful eye eliminating your dissenters.
