How to handle Dark times & Get through it

When you can't find hope in anything around you
and start questioning your existence

When you forget how happiness feels like

When you want some hardcore reason to back your presence
But can't find one

When your head becomes the nastiest place
When your emptiness starts to eat you alive

and every day feels like the same

I have been there my friend

Again & again

Here I have got some answers for you
1. Look for patterns

There are

Some past experiences

Some people

Some places

Which triggers something inside you & puts you in this loop

If it is occurring to you often

There are some suppressed emotions in you which are asking to be addressed
Your ignorance had led you to this point

Don't do it again

If necessary seek some professional help
2. Take the help of your body

You can't feel much when you are trapped inside your head all-day

Thinking all day seems the best option when the darkness hit

But if you want to get over it

Just tune in to your body
-Go for a run
-Jump into a pool
-Lift some weights on your chest
-Get punched in a sparring session

Your body can bear a lot of physical pain

But real mental pain can crush you
3. The chemicals

It is the single most important point

When you are losing your drive for life

Their is some hormonal disbalance going on in your body for sure

Its most of the time because of Mg or Zn deficiency

Get your blood tests done and get your hormones on track
4. Be around other living creatures

The last thing which you wish to do in such a situation is to be around other humans

But being around another functioning life will remind you how it feels to be fully

alive and bear the worldly problems and fighting against them
If you are living alone just move in with some of your friends or

Go meet your family

Being alone is the worst thing you can do to yourself
5. Time normalizes everything

Just remember the fact that

-There is light
-There is hope
-There is happiness

You can have it all

You'll have it all

You are the only person who can get you out from this Darkness
