Looks OK. It's oddly stiff, and as you can see it sorta exploded, but I don't feel too bad about it. Probably should have left it in 5 to 10 more minutes to get it browner. Will decorate in about 90m
As it cools it is losing structural integrity. I am getting hungry (forgot to eat today and saving room for Gumbo.)
