The Candidate Ops Lead position is pretty much my dream job given my love for and experience in the field of education under various roles as an educator, entrepreneur, and more.

I believe On Deck is leading a revolution in education, and I’m inspired by their vision for the future.

I would love a chance to work in the team that’s building this future, in addition to being a cheerleader and fierce supporter.

I respect On Deck’s guiding values of Service, Sacredness, Gratitude, and Community as they are values I believe in and follow.

I know the strength of conviction it takes to build such a huge project on these values, and that is a culture I’ll be honored to work in.

I also want a chance to give back to On Deck and the No-Code community since the On Deck No Code Fellowship changed my life and opened a completely new world for me.

I’ll always be grateful and I want a chance to repay my debt.
