Policemen @PoliceNG that went looking for Indian hemp smokers in a valley at the back of Nnewi Timber market(Ọgbọ osisi) couldn't catch up with any one.
Angrily or maybe acting under influence of alcohol or had drugs, they put on their lighter which caught fire immediately with saw dust. The fire has burnt down more than 100 shops, water tankers putting the fire off and causing further destruction.Everyone is crying and weeping
Some angry people destroying one of the vehicles of the police men @PoliceNG after they escaped with the other vehicles
Nnewi is mourning.. This type of inferno has not befallen any of the markets in Nnewi before.. Nigerian police @PoliceNG caused it all
Everywhere is in total disarray.. The traders are all angry and still weeping
The traders are organizing to go on a protest. The destruction was too much and they can't just take it!!
This is one of the vehicles the policemen @PoliceNG came with. After they put the fire on and it became uncontrollable, they started running. They managed to escape with their other vehicles, but this one was caught up with and destroyed. @AfamDeluxo@UchePOkoye@ConnectOnitsha
