Gov. Uzodinma's aide showing utter disrespect to Senator Rochas Okorocha

Power is indeed transient.
Reverse angle.
24 hours earlier...

Sporadic shooting/ sealing by Imo State govt on the property which made Rochas come to the hotel himself.

A four year old girl tells her mum to say Hi to aunty Ngozi and points to an empty side of the house. Her mom pays no mind to it and continues doing chores.
30mins later, mom gets a call that Aunty Ngozi died an hour ago

OR seeing a dead person in another city

Anyone relate?
Maybe I will read through this thread tomorrow morning because "fear-fear".
Maybe I will drop my own experience.

My father's funeral took months to plan as per Senior Chief.

I saw him in dreams in between looking very tired and tattered saying "Why have we refused to let him rest". I told him it wasn't my decison to make. He moaned and wailed.

1. Let me give you a history on Agricultural programmes from independence to date

I will try to simplify for your understanding

THREAD!
2. In the beginning shortly after independence (1960), there was rural and urban divide.

Poor people lived in the rural areas, comfortable people stayed in the urban cities.

As petro-naira flooded Nigeria, a great rural-urban drift began. This means people left village
3. To come to the city.

Lagos as the capital of Nigeria took a big hit.

People were happy to sleep under bridges or inside broken down vehicles - to await the arrival of good times.

For them, life in the city was infinitely better than village.

I need your help. Pls RT

Evelyn Yankyaa was very close to me at some point in my life and she is currently ill.

Evelyn Yankyaa is suffering from multiple organs failure caused by Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE).

We did our part then, she said she was better. Clearly not. ImageImageImage
Because her condition was not detected on time, Evelyn now has chronic kidney failure, heart problems, anaemia and other organs failure.

She is currently on medication to address the immunity disorder.

Unfortunately, there is no cure for her ailment.
She has to be on drugs for the rest of her life. If she stops the drugs, all her organs will fail and she will die

She has used all her funds

N4m+ so far spent on 25 dialysis,1 heart surgery, several pints of blood transfusions and on drugs and tests from March 2020 till today

1. Let me tell you how Bangladesh tackled poverty in the 80s.

They were a very poor country (still poor anyways but far worse back then)

An economist Prof. Muhammadu Yunus formed the Grameen Bank which was a way of trying to save the poor by giving them $1 loan.

This was 1983
2. The bank gave $1 loans without collateral.

I mean the poor themselves don't have any collateral to even start with

You pay back, you get more and more etc

$1 might seem small but the height of poverty for rural dwellers made it seem alot

Now the people had integrity
3. Repayment rate was between 97-100%. This meant almost everyone paid back their loans and got more and more.

The bank singlehandedly lifted over 7 million Bangladeshi from poverty with that scheme.

The bank is now worth $6Bn

1. I am currently following a case about an Agric Tech company called ThriveAgric.

An investor even dmed that her sister's money was trapped.

I intervened. The sister's money was released without squabble

This was June 2020
2. I wanted to act to have her money returned but she felt assured and wanted to wait till maturity.

Maturity came on 29th Sept and news I am hearing from sources is that the "company" is distressed and its leadership disappeared

She comes back

There is nothing I can do
3. People who follow me here know I frequently warn about suspicious companies (even those advertised by Influencers)

But coconut heads...

I will still try to assist even though it will be difficult.

This is a lesson.

To put it in perspective, John Fashanu in the 80s picked England over Nigeria. Fashanu collects a monthly pension of N5,000,000 till date, infact for the rest of his natural life

Rashidi Yekini is Nigeria's highest goal scorer in history. His mom gets a monthly stipend of N5,000
I was sad he picked England as his joining the Super Eagles would give Nigeria some clout.

But the boy's future comes first.

I can't be sad/angry about that
In case Buharists tell you otherwise.

They are already in the comments. Image
