Now that the dust has settled on yet another #antivaping piece, I may as well have a bit of a yarn.

The antivaping community love to get together and wax lyrical about how everything outside of their purview is a big tobacco ploy to get kids hooked on vaping or something

Never mind that the data shows the huge majority of #vapers are between the ages of 25-50 with the majority of vapers starting later in their lives because....you know, almost all of them are former long term #smokers

Anti-vapers then go on to find conspiracies everywhere they look! They see *publicly posted* images that my organisation gladly posted online for the world to see and insinuate something dodgy must be afoot. "Why else would people support vaping?" they think to themselves

Everything we do is discussed with our members and the countless #vapers and #vapeshop owners who have supported our campaign since 2017.

But none of this matters to the antivaping lobby. Vaping must be banned and everyone in their way must be crushed

Except here's the thing. The antivaping midwits are losing. Hard. And they know this

Anti-vapers know they can't win on the substantive issue anymore. Legal #vaping is a better policy than what we currently have and what's being proposed by unelected bureaucrats at the TGA

They lost when they tried to ban the importation of vape liquids. They lost when they tried to implement the ban again in January. They lost the bs claim that vaping isn't less harmful than smoking. They've lost the argument that not many people vape

They even lost the argument that it helps people quit smoking now that we've forced the Health Department, the TGA and the Federal Health Minister to acknowledge this.

And they're not happy about it. Losers are never happy.

So what's left? Conspiratorial hit pieces that try to smear the people involved rather than engage on the issue.

It's not enough that they oppose what we are all campaigning for, they have to try and draw inconclusive links like some mad tinfoil hat wearer.

On every single key metric, antivaping advocates have failed miserably.

Take indigenous smoking rates for example. They were meant to HALVE indigenous smoking rates from 50% to 25% by 2018....as of today's date, indigenous smoking rates sit at over 40%

So now we're here. Another poorly crafted article that doesn't tackle the substantive issue at hand and highlighyst that when I was in my 20's I was defrauded by someone who was literally jailed FOR FRAUD!

I honestly have no idea. But what I do know is this:

These unelected, barely relevant antivaping dinosaurs are on the wrong side of history and they bloody well know it.
