Here is a 🧵on #Vancouver's best burgers. This list doesn't include any fast food or chain restaurants and is limited to those sold in the City
As a self-proclaimed 🍔 connoisseur here my list.
Dop your suggestions. I know many of ur faves u already tweeted aren't on the list
2/
Number 10: Golden Era Foodtruck. There are only 3 options here, The Cali, The Golden, and The OG. You can't go wrong with either of them. Follow them on IG and you'll know where this food truck will be next!
Number 9: The Cheeseburger from Wakwak Burger is always a good quick cheap eats option. Don't let the price fool you this burger is amazing and as a bonus it won't break the bank.
Number 8: No list is complete without including the TRA Burger from Red Accordion. Brandt Lake Waygu anyone?
This burger is a fucking beast. It's messy AF but totally worth it, plus it's a dope little spot in the West End.
5/
Number 7: The Cheeseburger from Turbo x Trans Am keeps it simple and delicious. The only downside is they don't let you modify the burger but it really doesn't need any mods.
Perhaps a lesser-known spot for those that don't live downtown. Personally, I can't wait to try The Big Mag when they bring it back but you can get The Burger! on the regular. Great beer selection as well.
Number 5: It's not the burger from No. 5 Orange (Sorry @TheFalconer) although it has been in my top 10 before, with the pandemic, I haven't been there in a while to do research.
The 5th spot goes to The Americana from Downlow Burgers.
Number 3: Chit Chat Burger Bar on the Granville Strip. Not only are the burgers well priced but they taste damn good. Bonus points for serving hard liquor at this spot for those of us that fancy a drink every now and then.
2. The runner-up for the best burger in #Vancouver is... Between2Buns. No mods, No tomatoes is their motto, and I can't disagree. They have pop-ups in the City and it's worth checking out for their smash burgers!
Number 1: Finally we arrive at the top spot. The honour of Best Burger in #Vancouver goes to The Burger from Per Se Social Corner. This burger It delivers a big taste and you'll be full after devouring it. Ask for it to be cooked medium-rare.
How many have you tried??

1. A thread on Downtown #Vancouver's office construction boom. When it's all said and done there will be roughly 10 million SQ FT of space will be added to just the core.
Here's a brief rundown on what is already approved and under construction...
2. We'll start with what is dubbed as Amazon's unofficial HQ2, or at the very least it's Canadian HQ. At 1.1 million SQ FT this is the largest office development in the city and will help shift DT east as it will house 7500 jobs once occupied. dailyhive.com/vancouver/amaz…
3. The Amazon building is also significant because it will animate that stretch of West Georgia, Homer, Hamilton and Dunsmuir. It will no longer be a black hole for pedestrian activity. There will be approx. 185,000 square feet of retail and food hall space.
