.@MontereyPolice refused to investigate a fentanyl drug overdose. The source of China White made the PD uncomfortable.
Richard Lee, who ultimately becomes the DA investigator that ended the Brass Rail cocaine case from Oldtown Salinas, was a new Phillips hire at the DA's office
2/
Monterey Police wasn't working the case and Lee was told to contact a private attorney to discuss the case.
That private attorney?
Bill Bryan
Who is Bill Bryan? Bryan was a cocaine lawyer and his partner was Tom Wills.
John Phillips and myself helped Wills become a judge.
3/
What happened to the case?
There was no coroner inquest.
No competent investigation by @MontereyPolice - and the coroner ultimately ruled the death an "accidental overdose".
The coroner is part of @MCoSheriff. The coroner who ruled that Monterey drug overdose accidental?
4/
He was sent to prison (San Quentin) for stealing from dead people.
The public official integrity bar is very low in Monterey County.
But we have great beaches and ocean views.
5/
But was the overdose accidental?

Nothing to see here as the @CityofMonterey considers legal marijuana dispensaries to maybe (at best) bring in $500,000 to $1,500,000 per year while the City faces a budget def. of $30 million dollars in this year alone.
the community anything honest, or at least in line with his job as Monterey's top cop.
Plasha Will has a MCCIA office four blocks from Hober's police department. In the attached MCCIA membership roster you can see Plasha Will with other MCCIA board members.
One of those

members is Mike Hackett's kid (no not the kid he had with his Monterey baby mama) and who had to step in as "CEO" of @RiverviewFarms_ after her dad Mike Hackett was arrested for cocaine trafficking in Hollister, CA.
The MoCo Superior Court covered up a probation violation
The CM of Seaside CA replaced Ray Corpuz who had previously threatened to rip off the city if he didn't get his way - with a guy who sued the Davenport Iowa newspaper for libel. (he lost)
A lot of bold public officials In Seaside - this was probably Mayor Ian Oglesby - the prison guard turned politician. Oglesby's wife works for?
“He’s a big thinker, and that’s something Seaside hasn’t had in a long time,” said one Seaside official who declined to be quoted.

Clint Eastwood's Tehama.
While this is unrelated to Seaside his is a fun fact about Tehama. In order to have Tehama built he needed something - enter Monterer. The Basil Mills production.
Basil Mills and his brother Roger ripped off Salinas Deferred Comp while
This is just * some * of California's police payroll. This list starts with @MCoSheriff Steve Bernal - an intellectually challenged man who spend twelve uneventful years as a deputy before being plucked by MoCo rich people and insiders like @LeonPanetta12.
Henry Jones, of California Tow, is the "Evidence Tow" for @SalinasPD & @CHP_HQ MoCo.
California Tow had a towed vehicle / impound buyback program with all the cops and some friends of cops. Ask @Kelly_McMillin. He was a Lt. at the time. Dan Ortega the Chief of SPD tried to stop
It's important in this age of Nazism to understand who pushed or helped push an agenda that led to more corruption in local communities across this great country.
In 2010 I was talking with a former judge, and notorious right winger, John Price who asks me if I had ever heard
2/
of Boots Road Consulting and Spencer Critchley.
I told John I heard both names come up from time to time 😂 and the former judge and notorious right winger tells me he thinks we should all have lunch.
😂😂
Spencer Critchley got a paid gig with the @CityofSalinas to spin
3/
and crisis mgmt. (via his @bootsroad) whatever criminal conspiracy the powers that be wanted managed.
Spencer Critchley has had lunch several times with @Kelly_McMillin.
And what did Kelly McMillin do over 4 years? @FBIWFO
.@CityofMonterey is really trying to sell the public (because the council has made up its mind), on the safety of legal marijuana sales.
Look people. Sales of marijuana IS safe.
The people you (city officials) are jumping in business with are the problem. It isn't the 420.

It's beautiful to again watch @MontereyPolice gloss over organized crime within Monterey County marijuana.
Hober's report is embarrassingly unprofessionally. It's about as good as former Salinas Police Chief Louis Fetherolf's "state of the city" report a bunch of years ago.
3/
IT WAS SO BAD (Salinas) the officials scrapped the entire report and redrew the parameters & tone. It was a white wash.
Y'all locals know who the Senior Deputy City Attorney was then?
Christine Davi - is the current city attorney for Monterey.
