BREAKING: The Manhattan DA has officially obtained Donald Trump's financial records. A grand jury indictment likely is near.

Donald Trump fought tooth and nail to stop this moment from happening.

In our constitutional republic, no one is above the law.

Donald Trump evaded justice while in office. But it is time to pay the piper. His last chapter in life will be consumed with criminal trials and civil lawsuits. He will end up broke and in prison.

I think I just heard a shriek from Mar-a-Lago. Did anyone else just hear that noise?

Perhaps the funniest thing of all, he has burned so many bridges and developed a reputation for not paying his lawyers that I doubt that he will be able to retain the caliber of counsel needed to mount a competent defense.

I really do believe there is a chance he tries to live out the rest of his life in Russia or Saudi Arabia.

Joe Manchin's daughter is behind the EpiPen greed. Neera Tanden rightly criticized her for stealing Americans' life savings to stay alive.

Chicago Tribune: "According to SEC filings, [her] total compensation went from $2.4 million to $18.9 million from 2007 to 2015. A 671% increase. That period coincides with the time when Mylan acquired the rights to EpiPens and hiked the wholesale price from about $55 to $320."

In other words, he should be referred to henceforth as Joe "EpiPen" Manchin.

Given that Joe Biden will receive his first intelligence briefing today, I highly recommend that he receives information on why Jared Kushner is flying to Saudi Arabia to meet with MBS.

Asking Saudi Arabia to illegally hack the Biden administration to aid Donald Trump's 2024 campaign would be a federal crime.

Leaking our state secrets to MBS likewise is a federal crime.

The Texas bus incident qualifies as domestic terrorism. In other words, the President of the United States retweeted and praised DOMESTIC TERRORISM. That is the conduct of a fascist.

Terrorism: the unlawful use of violence and intimidation in the pursuit of political aims.

If fascism prevails, your rights and liberties will vanish. Laws will become arbitrary and subject to the autocratic regime's desires. Your property can be stolen. While your life can be taken with impunity. We are on a very slippery and catastrophic slope.

This morning I cast my ballot in a key swing state for @JoeBiden. It felt wonderful to officially repudiate the Trump administration’s corruption, lawlessness, incompetence, racism, misogyny, and hate.

And dishonesty. How could I have left that off the list? My apologies, I was momentarily disabled by pure joy.

At my polling location, there were over 200 people in line before 7:00 AM. Everyone was wearing a mask and social distancing. The excitement was incredibly palpable. I overheard the couple ahead of me say that Joe Biden handily won the debate.
