Why I gave Uzochukwu N150m start-up capital – COSCHARIS boss reveals

Chairman and founder of COSCHARIS Group, Dr Cosmos Maduka has revealed how he empowered Dr Stanley Uzochukwu, Chairman and owner of Stanel Group with a business start-up capital of One Hundred and Fifty Million
Naira (N150,000,000) and made him one of Nigerian youngest billionaire
“One day, Stanley called me and said that he wanted my favour to introduce him to First Bank if the bank could do business with him.I then asked him if he had an account with the bank and he said yes and I
then asked him to send me his statement of account to see his inflow.

“He didn’t ask me for money. But when I saw his statement of account, I surprised him! I transferred One Hundred and Fifty Million (N150,000,000) to his account. I don’t need to introduce him to the bank. I
told him to do whatever he wanted to do with the money and return it to me without interest but I warned him to be careful. There was no agreement between us but he faithfully returned the money in full at once after a year. We didn’t go to court. This was several years ago.

''Power has changed hands in northern Nigeria, and the formerly respected voices like Gumi can no longer find a relevance commensurate with that of those who speak with AK-47s.
The millions of almajiri children whose destinies the northern elite stole to feather their private
nests have now grown up, and they are upsetting the social order through sociopathic ferocity. They have morphed into all shades of terrorism. The same weapon of violence their leaders have always used to assert power has fallen into the hands of these plebeians, and they are
making their leaders quake with trepidation. These barbarians have tasted blood, and are no longer content to be summarily corralled into rigging their theocentric leaders into power during election periods. They have found new relevance, and they are making huge sums of money

''The day I realized (by experience) that the only way to people's pockets is through their hearts, my business changed forever.
🥴You must respect all your clients; whether they are paying you 500 naira or 5 million naira. Treat all clients alike.
🍀Then, you must go out of your way to do good to potential clients. You must have an uncanny eye to recognize highly placed individuals and try to woo them to
your corner. Then give them superb value and let them go. Within two years, they will land you a solid deal.
😰You see all this, "I must say my mind as it is", you have not started.A times, that your mind you said has cost you relationships and relationships is money.

By Pastor Ayo Akerele
February 22,2021
I had the privilege of speaking at a Christian women's conference over the weekend and among other issues, the question
on the lips of majority of the women was, "WHY ARE MANY CHRISTIAN LADIES WAITING FOR SO LONG TO GET A MAN". I tried my best to answer this question. I felt led to share some of my thoughts for the benefits of some of our Christian sisters who are still waiting for the right man
to come.Note: I am a pastor. These are my opinions. I am not forcing them on anyone. Some of my thoughts here are bible based, not culturally based, and some are the wisdom we gathered from mentoring people and from counseling sessions. This is a post for Christians. No feminist

Lórí-Iró leadership and herdsmen nationalism

''Under this presidency, might is right and criminal herdsmen are unleashing terror on farming communities, raping, kidnapping and grabbing ancestral lands. This is what I call, herdsmen nationalism. Herdsmen nationalism is the notion
that the cultures of the Fulani and its herding community and their interests are superior to any other cultures in Nigeria.Emboldened by this ethnocentrism and the desire to actualize it, criminal herdsmen are strengthened with the current political capital in Aso-rock.They are
energized and empowered by the consciousness that their patron is in power and the pendulum of power tilts to their side.Mouthing the narrative of having right to live anywhere as ‘Nigerians’,criminal herdsmen trample on the livelihoods of farmers, rape their women, displace them
