1/ It is beyond irony that @GASenateGOP is accusing @CoalitionGoodGv of "pushing voting machine disinformation." Did y'all attend your own Senate hearings after the elections, with Giuliani, infomercial promoters, bizarro claims of shredded ballots, and lots of Big Lies?
2/ For the most part, our statements re: GA machines are sworn declarations under penalty of perjury, on the record in court docs. Our scientist experts are tops in the nation. Credibility, expertise are unquestionable.
Hardly the stuff of conspiracy theories.
3/ Hey @GASenateGOP, we suggest that you read this federal Court opinion and consider rethink whether you believe we have pushed "disinformation." bit.ly/CGGOrderOct
4/ Then rewatch your post-election Senate committee hearings, with Giuliani, Hutton-Pulitzer, witnesses who confuse ballots with ballot envelopes and ballot applications, and get Buckhead in Atlanta and Buckhead in Morgan County confused.
"Experts" that cannot do basic math....
5/ Compare those to the scientists' reports filed in our lawsuit, and take another look at the source of the misinformation.
Hey @GASenateGOP, if you point out any disinformation we have communicated, we'll retract. Please do the same.

force a refresh
1/ A particularly offensive provision of HB531 is that you may be charged with a felony for seeing how someone else votes on those huge touchscreens. Or if you can't fully cover your touchscreen votes, you can be accused.
The poll worker can be accused of felony, too.
2/ The state violated the GA constitution and state statutes by buying and installing these BMD machines that take away your secret ballot. Now they want to make it a felony offense that the votes are not secret--making it the voters' and workers' fault!
Call this morning! ⬇️
3 / Meeting this morning 9:30-- Call and email:
Here's the list w/ thanks to @PeachResist for the hard work to compile--
1/ Immediate action needed! First bill to be heard by GA's new House "Elec. Integrity" Comm. today (HB270) is direct attack on mail voters and would have even kept @GovKemp from voting in November.
Contact committee-- meeting at noon today. bit.ly/CGGhbill270
See thread
2/ Ill-considered bill just filed and put on agenda today. No time to let voters weigh in. It is Comm. Chair Barry Fleming's bill. He's trying to cram it through before anyone reads it.
Kemp would have been out of luck, needing last minute ballot. ajc.com/politics/polit…
3/ Push back on this now, and write the Committee members. See our @CoalitionGoodGv letter in 1st tweet in the thread.
The bill cuts off sending out mail ballots 10 days before the election. And does not force counties to process the applications timely or mail on time.
GA's Gen. Assembly has the duty to address the lies some leaders told voters, falsely alleging a stolen election. Their false claims incited a riot and contributed to 5 deaths and much harm to the nation.
We @CoalitionGoodGv call on them to act now. 1/
2/ We sent letter linked above to every member of the General Assembly. If you agree that they must act now to address the concerns using evidence-based information and hard facts, please forward the letter to your representatives.
GA Capitol should not have to be fortress!
3/ Neither party is free from blame here. While many R's actively dishonestly fanned the flames of unfounded allegations, the Dem leaders were often passive, and did not step up demand transparency from SOS of election processes. They did not counter the misinformation.
1/ Our interns are in Bartow Cty documenting the voluntary post-election audit,--more thorough than the thin SOS audit rules and GA law require. @CoalitionGoodGv lawsuit seeks such robust post-election audits. Buy lunch and gas for our smart young interns! bit.ly/CGGDonate
2/ Bartow is setting a good example by using their authority to do more than the minimum required to certify the vote tallies.
Every county board should carefully consider what additional steps they should be taking in every election to gain more assurance of accuracy.
3/ Here are our interns Emma and Harrison on the job in Bartow. They are pre-law students at UGA. They have been invaluable help in gathering evidence about the operation (and problems) of GA's new voting system. And getting great exposure to election legal issues.
1/GA--Want to help your candidate, party, or election security from wherever you are tonight? If you have an internet connection and attention to detail, you can!
Task is saving all iterations of precinct results for a few counties for later reference.
Explainer ⬇️
2/ Precinct level election results updates will be uploaded no less than 3 times tonight in every county. They are available in worksheet format. Each iteration needs to be saved, because sometimes funky things happen from one update to the next. But previous worksheets disappear
3/ Through at least Friday, more iterations will be uploaded, as provisional & absentee ballots are cured, & military ballots arrive. Each iteration with timestamp should be preserved.
If there's an irregularity, having each iteration can help locate cause or occurrence.
1/ I was so angry that GA State Senator @williamligon and colleagues held a highly partisan election "hearing" encouraging lies and false allegations, allowing no rebuttal. So I annotated the transcript of @JovanHPulitzer ⬇️ highlighting some of his many lies.
See thread.
2/ He knows almost nothing about GA elections, the voting system, or ballots. So he made up wild sensational lies that made no sense whatsoever, and sold them like snake oil to the GOP senators.
My annotations- bit.ly/CGG12_30Sen
The video.
3/ Next he demands that HE be permitted to scan and inspect ballots to determine the "counterfeit" ballots. There is no indication that there are any "counterfeit ballots." Where did that come from?
The GOP senators voted to support this ridiculous shameful effort.
