Masih obses dgn ujian PCR
Aduhai! PCR ini strategi Kesihatan Awam yg lapuk
Padan lah respon FTTIS KKM lembab!
Menularlah covid giler2 sebab lambat sangat KKM dapat result (3 hari)

Dan KKM bila guna RTK-Ag dia proses diMakmal bukan di-POC!

I logged in my old council in *Leicester*
Immediately the system tells me in Leicester:
-there are 357 cases/100,000 fr 24-30 Jan
-there were 39,730 cases until 3 Feb
-there were 588 covid deaths reg until 22 Jan
-8.6 mil people have taken covid vaccine until 2 Feb
-they show me a graph of how the case rate has changed
-the case rate by age
-the changes in death rate
-compared with deaths over past 5 yrs in UK
-they show England’s death rates
-they tell me that the cases are now declining
-they show me the UK map which with one click I can know the cases per 100,000 in any area

1 Low MORALE-lack of empathy fr KKM leaders,they not at ground 0,not listened to,no avenue to express grievances,bullied,lack basic amenities,lack PPE etc
2 OVERBURDENED-lack of nos,piled with more to do
3 Poor HEALTH-sick with COVID,depressed,burnt out
4 Lousy REMUNERATION-COVID elaun to all inc in Ops Room,bring fwd frozen leave
5 FTTIS-S (Support) must inc Support for HCW!
6 SOLUTIONS-How do we rapidly rectify the ACUTE on CHRONIC issues of
-LOW MORALE
-UNDERSTAFFED
-OVERBURDENED
-UNDERPAID
-NON-EMPATHETIC LEADERS
 -BULLYING
Cabinet MUST NOW KNOW critical role of HCW

Reka program semasa dr pelatih diSabah 2012
@DhesiMD bina pengkalan data yg bersepadu yg boleh menjejak kesihatan setiap ibu terutama yg berisiko tinggi & setiap kanak2 eg pastikan imunisasi cukup
Perlukan:
-Pengkalan data (pipeline data) yg kemas & bersepadu
-Dikongsi bersama
-Keputusan berasaskan data Data driven decisions
eg Zaman COVID-Kenal pasti siapa yg perlu di Uji/Jejak/Isolasi/Support
-Macam pilot yg perlu data untuk land the plane
Cabaran:
-Perlukan anjakan minda
-Infrastruktur pengkalan data yg bersepadu  eg connectivity antara KKM dgn swasta/GP  
-Baru boleh maju dgn AI/Block chain/
Harapan:
-Masa depan adalah sains data
-Mesti utamakan sains digital
-The future is now
