1. Good Afternoon my people on the street of @twitterNG.
Hope service went well for those who attended ?
Those who didn't, wishing us all a restful & a positive week ahead.
I want to tweet today about grazing, how Governors like Ortom we are wasting so much time on nonsens.

2. It is sad that some enlightened Governors in the SW are gradually sounding like d Useless Governor of Benue State.
I say it with no apology that Governor Ortom is a useless Executive Governor of a Bless State like Benue ,the Food Basket of Nigeria.
I have been to Benue 4 times

3. It is only a wicked State Executive that will consistently take advantage of its citizens, heighten tension with insecurity so as to milk the State treasury while the people get carried away with the "talk" of insecurity they won't have time to assess your performance.

4. What has the likes of Ortom done for the people in terms of harnessing the "food basket" state God has handed over to him?

The Farmers and Heardsmen clash didn't start today, but has lately become something that has become a national anthem in the media the last 5years or so

5. When there is a problem,what responsible people should do is solution.
Are State Executives like Gov Ortom truly looking for solution(s) to this problem or they see it as a way to play politics?
No responsible Executive should play politics with a problem like this crisis.

6. We all agree most crisis starts from heardsmen grazing on farmland (not approved grazing areas), they destroy crop and sources of income of farmers and it results to him wanting to take revenge on the heardsmen or the other way, it escalates to serious crisis and deaths.

7. Problem identified above ,right?
Why is it taking us over 10yrs or so trying to find a very simple solution to this problem?
You know why? Some people av seen it as a way to play politics ,hopefully it will advance them or their party to gain power in Abuja or remain in state

8. Government at Federal proposed cattle settlement in states twice in 2013/2014 (GEJ) and 2018/2019 (Buhari) but most State Executives have refused to take advantage of this laudible proposal because of ethnic politics not because they don't know is the solution.

9. But we see them daily screaming on top of their voices and the media granting them frontline headlines talking nonsense that is very far from the solution.
Cattle is a very lucrative business and not a business God has ordained for Fulanis alone.

10. Events has shown that not all cattles in ondo, Edo, Benue, Ogun, Delta etc are owned 100% by Fulani's or Alhaji's.
I have a friend who's much is a Judge and owns heards of cattles in the North and South here.
She is from SW.
There are lots of palace chiefs who own cows in Edo

11. So, instead of playing to the gallery, creating ethnic & religious tension and playing negative politics with the crisis why don't State Executives like Ortom seek lasting solution by creating a Ranch Settlement knowing not only Fulanis engages in the cattle business?

12. If State Governors can create Farm Settlements, Build Markets, Motor Parks, Mechanic Villages etc
Why can't they build or create a Ranch Settlement for people who wants to engage in the business of cattle ?
They should stop being silly & do the right thing to end this crisis.

13. Elementary Economic talks about the benefits of Localization of Industry .
Everybody in their various states tends to gain a lot if State Executives take this laudible initiative and not their constant noise which does not provide any solution.
