SCOOP: Despite the Biden administration & liberals claiming to be against dark money,
Their nominee for the head of HHS, Xavier Becerra, has a history of working with dark money groups, according to documents obtained via a California Public Records Request.

On December 6, 2017, Becerra participated in an environmental roundtable with dark money groups, including:
- Center for American Progress,
- Natural Resources Defense Council,
- League of Conservation Voters,
- Environmental Defense Fund,
- Ocean Conservancy,
And more...
Aside from being dark money groups, many of these groups have another thing in common:
Ties to Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse.
From donating to his campaign, to hosting events for him to speak at, to employing his spouse…
And who sits on the Senate Finance Committee, that voted on the nomination of Xavier Becerra today?
None other than Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse... the left's "champion against dark money."
Dark money groups placed Joe Biden in the White House and now, with the help of Senators like Sheldon Whitehouse, they're cashing in...
From cabinet nominees to policy wish-lists, liberals have already begun rewarding their dark money supporters...
REPORT: "Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer's health department director is set to receive a $155,506 payout after his sudden resignation in January, and his departure still has not been explained."
SCOOP: The dark money gang is getting back together...
Turns out, if confirmed, the Biden administration won't be the first time Xavier Becerra and Neera Tanden have met and worked together.

According to government documents received via a California Public Records Request,
On December 12, 2018, then California AG, Xavier Becerra, met with President of the liberal dark money group CAP, Neera Tanden, in Washington to discuss the "national landscape."
Then, following the election, White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain helped nominate his former CAP Action colleague, Neera Tanden, to become head of the Office of Management and Budget.
