Unlike the judicial process in the SC where we engage lawyers to represent Hindu Deities in the process before His Excellency @rashtrapatibhvn whatever devotees have to represent on behalf of Lord Ayyappa has to be through the medium of the Council of Ministers @PandalaKottaram
The fight for Hindu Deity Rights which was initiated by @PandalaKottaram call for Namajapa yatra has now reached its final legal stage and it needs support of the members of Lord Ayyappa family to fulfill Lord Ayyappa wish as expressed through His devotee

India was already "partly free" from the day majority community lost their Art 26 rights that existed on 26th Jan 1950 due to "pecularism" practiced for seven decades post Independence.

I would add to Govt rebuttal
1. Hindu Deities lost fundamental rights due to SC judgement.
2. Herculean unsuccessful efforts to reclaim Hindu Deity Rights vs ease w which Prince of Arcot could protect his rights during current Govt tenue shows there is no danger to "pecularism"
The independence of SC is very much intact such large scale protests of devotees for loss of fundamental rights of their Deity had minimal impact the question of fundamental rights of Hindu Deities is not even part of Qs framed by SC Nine Judge Bench

When SC fails to do justice as per Dharma in matter of Hindu Deity Right His Excellency @rashtrapatibhvn acting as per Art 60 is the higher authority with constitutional duty to protect infringed right of devotees under Art 21 read with Art 25, 26 & 29(1)

धर्म एव हतो हन्ति धर्मो रक्षति रक्षितः (If we Protect Dharma it protects else it destroys)

Sometimes even Govt representing Majority can make mistakes take adharmik action which is why in our Constitution SC has been given the role of protecting Dharma

SC role is that of a referee not the player in "reforming" religion. It's role is to check if the majority has overstepped its constitutional limits when it attempts to reform a religion, there is no mandate for the Court to actually do the reformation.
The 👆view based on its own two judge bench view was articulated in Lord Chilkur Balaji Deity petition to SC Nine Judge bench. SC Nine Judge Bench did not accept Deity's petition nor did it add the question of fundamental right of Hindu Deities on Feb 10th

We are trying to secure guidance of Hon'ble Justice (Retd) of SC and High Court on whether His Excellency @rashtrapatibhvn can put time limit for securing advise of Council of Ministers u Art 74 to ensure timely resoln of Art 363 Hindu Deity rights dispute
We have been advised that spirit of recommendation of time limit of 3 months for Hon'ble President to resp on assent of Bills ref by Governor by commission on review of working of constitution is applicable and His Excellency @rashtrapatibhvn can guide the council of ministers
