1.Thank u #TOI but this article is needed more clarity. It didn't reflect core issues of buyers n cunningness of @UPRERAofficial , in this article Rajiv is saying that he has to listen problems of builders also n protecting interests of builders only.
2. Now how is Rajiv listening to builders problem? He is not issuing RC against builders to protect builders at the cost of buyers. RERA is for buyers interests n not for builders interests which Rajiv forgot coz he got money from builders. He is corrupt. Sack him immediately.

In this article, it shows that total refund orders are 5798 n RC issued only for 3551. It means 5798-3551=2247 refund orders RC is not issued by #corruptBalramVerma
Here lies the game of corruption. They get money from builders not to issue RC. They r enjoying money of buyers as a bribe received from builders. It's time for #CBI enquiry against it. Raid the houses of all people involved in @UPRERAofficial for bribes received by them.

6. If we analyse the effectiveness of @UPRERAofficial then it's zero. e. g. Total refund orders=5798 out of which partial success is made on just 639 orders. So partial success rate of refund orders=639/5798=0.11% . Nearly Zero. They r exposed. What good r they doing for buyers🤣
7. Similarly if u analyse the facts n activities of #UPRERA u will find that it's 100% failure. Now come to the figures of total no of possessions orders with delay penalties etc. Total passed orders 25700 which includes 5798 orders of refund. So 25700-5798=19902 oders left.
8. It means 19,902 orders are related to possession n delayed payments. Now the article says that #UPRERA issued 9,136 orders for possession n less than 10% might be followed. So what's about remaining orders i.e. 19902-9136=9766? No answers? Here it exposes #UPRERAsam .
9.There r many buyers who approached #UPRERA coz builders dealing were fraudulent. Builders were charging 24% interest but giving only Rs5 /sq.feet. Compelling buyers to take possession of flat without completing it or without getting CC/OC.Builders were changing agreements.
10. Builders were not giving agreements, sales deeds, maps etc to buyers n trying to cheat them. In such cases #UPRERA is unaware how to deal as their members have no idea what to do. In these cases possession is not the issue but delay interest payments n other issues. In such

1.Its really inhumane- the way #UPRERA is functioning. How can an agency which was created to give justice became the reason of miseries of exploited Hbuyers? @UPRERAofficial is behaving like a real state mafiya. Buyers r cursing this unscrupulous agency having no responsibility.
2. There r thousands of cases where #UPRERA is doing gross violations of human rights by willfully creating mistakes in orders. #UPRERA can't review it's order but it is sending Hbuyers for reconciliations after order is passed n manipulating their own orders. #UPRERAscam .
