Below I’ve posted additional audio from a @marclamonthill Clubhouse Q&A.
They discussed Hill’s book and strategies to grow their Anti-Zionist movement.
The meeting included academics, a prominent civil rights attorney, and two Bernie Sanders delegates.
Before sharing that audio, I’m going to provide brief historical context so there’s no confusion about what’s being presented. The video clips posted below were translated by us, and it’s possible these clips have never been translated into English before.
“Antizionism”, as expressed today, was actually a Soviet construction developed as a propaganda weapon during the Cold War, especially after 1967. 1967 is a very important date in this history.
The Soviets recycled antisemitic conspiracy theories about Jewish power in a propaganda effort against Israel. They constructed the myth that Israel was an international base of racism and imperialism that embodied global reaction, and worked through subversion to thwart progress
They depicted Israel as a racist, evil, and international oppressor, that was supported and enabled by 5th columns of Jews in every country, who held dual loyalties and secret allegiance to the state of Israel.
In this Soviet Documentary, Zionism is depicted by Soviet antisemites as a Jewish supremacist and racist movement, which is pursuing a plan for Jewish world domination; this is an “anti-fascist” retelling of Nazi propaganda:
In this clip, Soviet antizionists connected Israel and/or Zionism to Rothschild conspiracy theories. These theories date back centuries and are still popular among neonazis today:
Here, again, the same antisemitic themes are used to portray Israel as a metaphysical Jewish evil that threatens the world:
This is a Soviet news report about the establishment of the “Anti-Zionist Committee of the Soviet Public”. Please note the way in which Dragunsky describes Zionism:
This is a 1968 speech from Communist Polish leader, Wladyslaw Gomulka. Note how he claims that he opposes antisemitism, yet uses blatantly antisemitic language to attack Polish Jews. This is done under the banner of “Antizionism”. A state-sponsored antisemitic purge followed:
Here is a previous thread we shared with audio clips from this same Clubhouse meeting. They believe Israel is inherently racist, Zionism is a racist ideology, and there’s an international “power” that protects Israel. This is all consistent with Soviet revisionist “Antizionism”.
Marc Lamont Hill has repeatedly insisted that Israel must be viewed as part of a global struggle against racism. “Intersectionality”, as expressed here, produces an ideology that views racism as an international political conspiracy, and at the top of the pyramid are “Zionists”:
This law student asks for advice about a situation involving attorney @ZahraBilloo. Jewish students protested one of Billoo’s talks, and this student wants advice on how to move forward:
This speaker advises the law student, since antisemitism is a trick and censorship tactic, to build alliances with other groups to counter the Jewish students. He never suggests reaching out to Jewish students:
The law student follows up by saying she intends to resist all efforts to host opinions that represent “Jewish” or “Israeli” interests; the two are used interchangeably:
Later, @ZahraBilloo joins the discussion. She says she’s here to frustrate “Zionists”, and connects the Jewish students protesting her speech, to the alleged treatment of Palestinians by Israel. She boasts that they’re scared:
The parallel presented here is not to suggest that activists have embraced the most extreme forms of Antizionist ideology; the Soviet examples are intended to show the end result of the antisemitic ideas currently embraced by American Anti-Zionists.
The rhetoric will get worse.
This is a serious issue, and any suggestion that this is an attempted smear campaign is completely disconnected from history and reality. Feel free to disagree, of course, but to dismiss this as suspected trickery plays into the antisemitic ideas we are trying to combat.

We came into possession of audio from a Clubhouse Q&A featuring @marclamonthill. It was recorded on 02/17. The topic was Hill’s book “Except for Palestine.”
The recorded discussion shows signs of a growing totalitarian and antisemitic political movement:
Audio below:
.@marclamonthill believes his revisionist antizionism should be a requirement of anyone that wants to join the movement. He proposes using Israel as a litmus test; antisemitism would be an inevitably for such a movement:
@lawJAB discusses “the power”, real or perceived, of those who seek “to colonize that land”. Her rhetoric parallels racist tales about imaginary Jewish cabals. Myths and conspiracy theories about Jewish power are the basis for antisemitic movements:
