1. Zakaria quotes some survey which suggests that India has suddenly become "partly free" from "free" over the last 8 years or so ie. during Modi's Rule.
2. OK. If its only "partly free" then there would less protests or voices against goi. On contrary there have been so many protests and vocal anti modi magazines and journalists. So vocal that they even drag PM's personal life and carry false stories to support the narratives.
3. As usual Zakaria resorts to Hindutva bashing. Now give this a break. Even liberals are getting tired of beating a dead horse. There is nothing to suggest that GoI is pro Hindu. In fact the number of scholarships to Muslims have increased in the past 8 years See link below
5. Now Zakaria says that govt has slapped sedition charges against many in the past 5 years. Zakaria forgets that there is still something called judiciary in India, maybe in US it could be farce and president calls the shot. Here govt cant rattle a hair if court rules otherwise

7. Zakaria takes up the case of the "innocent" Disha Ravi and tells us that what the State did was wrong. Mr. Zakaria, Disha is 21 and NOT juvenile, if she says something with no proof or spreads false propaganda she will surely be reprimanded.

9. Zakaria further claims that Modi used media in pandemic to create a positive image of himself. Now that is completely absurd. He deserved a positive image by the way he handled the pandemic.
10. India has 4 times the amount of US population and still number of deaths and active cases in India are significantly less than US. India never panicked nor was there ANY shortage of food supply. Even migrant situation was handled amicably.
11. On top India is now one of largest supplier/manufactured of covid vaccines. It has gifted vaccines to many countries including the friend of US and so called developed country for @FareedZakaria - Canada. By doing this Modi definitely deserves all credit. Whats wrong???
12. To support his statement that Govt is pro Hindu alone, @FareedZakaria brings the CAA. Seriously?! What is CAA got to do with Hindu. Have you even read CAA? Its a 3 page document for God sakes, please read it
13. It is to bring all sects of religion that dont follow Quran and discriminated in neighboring countries that have declared themselves an Islamic republic. Surely this is a progressive law. It only fast tracks immigration, akin to a provision in VISA, nothing more to it.

17. In late 80s KPs were forcibly stripped of from their own properties by !zl@mic fanatics in Kashmir. It was one of the worst genocides ever. Many children and pregnant woman were slaughtered and even r@ped. After that they became refugees in their own country
