आ ब्रह्मन् ब्राह्मणो ब्रह्मवर्चसी जायतामास्मिन् राष्ट्रे राजन्यः
इषव्यः शूरो महारथो जायतां दोग्ध्री धेनुर्वोढानड्वानाशुः
सप्तिः पुरन्धिर्योषा जिष्णू रथेष्ठाः सभे यो युवाऽस्य
यजमानस्य वीरो जायतां निकामे निकामे नः पर्जन्यो वर्षतु

Circa 1296(Feb month), Alaudding Khalji was the first Muslim ruler to unleash the terror southward & it opened the floodgates of Untold Devastation, Destruction & Desecration of Sanatana Dharma in South India by the muslim invaders.
This went on for the next 500 Years !

Lord Hanuman himself explains the Secret of attaining Spiritual Perfection :

ना मन्त्रादिकृतस्तत् , न च नार्संगिको मम,

unwavering concentration of the mind on god."

Hanuman states very clearly that his greatness was due to his constant effort and not due to his inborn character, that of an ordinary monkey.
Brahmajñāna ~ ब्रह्मज्ञान is possible for all.

Mokṣā ~ मोक्ष, “liberation,” is everybody’s birthright.

In his case, Hanuman declares that his entire spiritual development was attained by single-pointed devotion to god.
He who constantly thinks of the Supreme becomes Supreme.

Why Sanātana Dhārma is Eternal & a Way of Life :

युक्ति युक्तं प्रगृह्णीयात् बालादपि विचक्षणः।
रवेरविषयं वस्तु किं न दीपः प्रकाशयेत्॥

"The Wise one should accept whatever is reasonable, told even by a child.
Anything otherwise, even if stated by Brahma, the Creator,

If this is the basic premise governing Sanātana Dhārma, is there a question or doubt as to whether it is rational, scientific, & logical?
In fact, there are 3 tests for any dharmic statement or revelation.

~ It should be enunciated in the ageless scriptures (श्रुति~Śrutī);

~ It must have the support of reason (युक्ति ~ Yukti); &

~ It should also be experienced by oneself (अनुभाव ~ Ānubhāva).

Only when these three together confirm a proposition can it be Accepted & Followed.

śrī-rudram is one of the most sacred portions of all the Vedic Literature.

To hear it chanted in chorus in the prescribed manner of intonation (svaras) is a Unique Soul Stirring & Spiritually Elevating Experience.
It is in praise of & prayer to Lord Shiva!

śrī-rudram~श्रीरुद्रम् prashna is a hymn in praise of & prayer to lord shiva and its chanting is the oldest with the names and attributes of lord shiva listed.
The word 'rudra' means the one who melts down all sorrow. रुदं+ द्रावयतीति = रुद्रः through

the chanting of śrī-rudra prashna, Lord Shiva’s various characteristics & aspects are Invoked and Worshipped.
It is seen in all the 100 branches of the 'Yajurveda' & so it is also called Shata-rudrIyam (shata = 100).
